NetDocuments for Connector eCopy™ ShareScan®

The NetDocuments Connector for eCopy ShareScan let’s you attach scanned paper documents directly into your online NetDocuments cabinets.

Scan paper documents and attach them directly to your clients & matters, HR or your personal cabinet. By leveraging ShareScan’s Type-Ahead functionality, users can search on the clients by typing either part of their name or client ID.

Real-time Native Integration

Utilizing the NetDocuments Web Services API, communication between your MFP and NetDocuments takes place in real-time. This enables scanning to clients the second they are added to NetDocuments. Because all the communication is based on Web Services no software installation is required on the NetDocuments server.

… and simply fill in the details for your scanned document.

Ease of Use and Flexibility

You can choose your client from a search field at the MFP. Your employees can search for a client based on part of the name or the clients id. You can even specify a default file name to be used with your attachments.

The Type-ahead functionality when searching for clients in the NetDocuments connector minimizes time required typing at the MFP.
